Why we have a strict process
Most agencies start execution in week 1 after signing. We start thinking in week 1. It is a fundamental difference.
A solid process protects you from two real risks:
- 1. Paying for execution on the wrong strategy (campaigns that do not work for your product, a beautiful website that does not sell)
- 2. Being unable to measure what happened (tracking was not planned from the start, undefined KPIs, you do not know what to optimize)

What worked, what did not? What budget, timeline and team do you have? We tell you whether we are a good fit or not. If we are not, we recommend who to look for. If we are, we move on to step 2.

We analyze what is there, we do not assume
⏱ 3-5 days Free if we work together afterwardsBefore any proposal, we look carefully at your entire digital ecosystem. We assume NOTHING. We analyze: Website (performance, UX, SEO, conversion), existing ad accounts (campaigns, audiences, creative, tracking), organic presence (social media, Google My Business, reviews), direct competition (3-5 competitors), tracking (pixels, conversions, attribution).
What you get
- → A 10-20 page audit document with concrete findings
- → A prioritized list of issues (high impact / low effort first)
- → 3-5 tactical recommendations you can implement yourself
- → Note: the audit is separate from the proposal. If we do not work together, you keep the document.

It contains: measurable objectives over 3-6 months (concrete numbers), strategy (which channels, in what order, with what reasoning), KPIs for each channel, detailed deliverables by milestone, a realistic timeline, a clear line-by-line budget, an ROI decision point.

How we work day to day: communication channel of your choice (Slack/WhatsApp/email), response within 24h on business days, weekly milestones, continuous access to accounts (Editor role), live documentation (shared Notion).
What we do NOT do
- → Auto-generated dashboards without analysis
- → Invoke "the algorithm" as an excuse
- → Change the strategy every 2 weeks

⏱ Monthly Included in the retainerOur reporting is not an auto dashboard. It is a personal analysis with context and recommendations. What you get monthly: raw numbers (relevant metrics, not vanity), trends (month-over-month), the story (what happened, why, what it means), wins and losses (honesty), recommendations (3-5 concrete actions for next month).
Cadence
